Letter of Recommendation
Per Letter
A formal clinical justification letter to submit to the OAP (Ontario Autism Program) requesting funding reimbursement for essential equipment, allowing your child to continue their decided therapeutic treatment goals smoothly at home.

- Current Funding Year Revisions Proactive revisions are included free of charge until your current OAP funding year ends. Requests made after your funding year has closed will require a brand-new letter purchase.
Consultation
Per Hour
Collaborative meetings with school educators, medical practitioners, or care teams to align strategies and support your child's therapeutic goals. Available virtually or in person.
Contains
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with Teachers, SLPs, ABAs or other therapists to synchronize care
- Virtual or On-Site Meetings
- Under 15 Minutes Free Brief touchpoints or quick phone updates lasting under 15 minutes are completely free of charge.
- Travel Expense Policy In-person school or facility visits are subject to additional travel costs calculated by kilometer distance from the clinic.
Our Policies
When to Pay
Fees are due immediately upon receiving your invoice, which is issued right after each session.

Credit Card
Available for automatic billing. Please note that a 2.4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
24-Hour Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes so we can offer the slot to another child on our waitlist.
Late Cancellation ($50 Fee)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 late fee charged to the card on file.
Missed / No-Show (Full Session Fee)
Missing an appointment entirely without notice will result in a full session fee added to your next invoice.
Repeated Absences
Frequent cancellations without notice may result in your recurring time slot being offered to another family. Your therapist will work with you to find a different scheduling option if needed.
Advance Notice
Sufficient written notice must be provided by the family directly to your therapist ahead of time.
2-Week Hold
If you provider us advanced written notice, we will happily reserve your child’s dedicated appointment time for up to two weeks for vacations.
30-Day Written Notice
A minimum of 30 days written notice via email or formal letter is required to officially withdraw from occupational therapy services.
Financial Responsibility
Families are financially responsible for all scheduled sessions within this 30-day window. Discontinuing services immediately without notice will incur a withdrawal fee equivalent to two (2) therapy sessions.
Attendance During Notice Period
Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions during the notice period to support continuity of care and transition planning. Standard cancellation policies apply.
Clinic Termination
Noel’s Place OT Services reserves the right to discontinue services with appropriate notice due to non-payment, non-adherence to attendance policies, or safety concerns.
Returning Clients
If you choose to re-enroll after a withdrawal, placement is subject to current waitlist availability and may require a new intake or updated assessment block.
